CRAIG FINN / PATTERSON HOOD

The Hold Steady’s Craig Finn and Drive By Truckers’ Patterson Hood are hooking up for a Southwest / West Coast tour this fall. “Patterson Hood and his band The Drive-By Truckers were a huge inspiration to the origins of The Hold Steady,” says Craig. “He is one of my favorite songwriters, and he’s also become a great friend. This tour, which will feature us going back and forth with songs and stories, is a dream come true. I expect it to be musical and joyful and can’t wait to get it started.”

TEXAS IS THE REASON

After announcing they’d reunite for the first time in nearly a decade to play some festivals, Texas is the Reason have announced a headlining tour, too.

JASON ISBELL AND THE 400 UNIT RYMAN RESIDENCY

Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit have announced their 2025 residency at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. It’s the 10th anniversary of these shows and happen October 16-18 and 23-25 and each has different opening acts.

PIGPEN

Celebrity chef and The Bear actor/producer Matty Matheson‘s new hardcore band Pig Pen (with Alexisonfire’s Wade MacNeil, Daniel Romano, and others) continue to make waves, and they’ve now announced their first shows since making their live debut in Toronto this past April.

PINKSHIFT

Pinkshift has announced the Earthkeeper Tour which features support from Lustsickpuppy, Doflame, and Combat. The tour kicks off at Asbury Park’s Asbury Lanes on October 10.

POPPY / DYING WISH / MSPAINT

Poppy will be on tour in September, joined by Dying Wish and MSPAINT depending on the date, plus a few shows supporting Evanescence and Avenged Sevenfold. Dates include Montclair, NJ’s Wellmont Theatre on 9/4.

UPCHUCK

Atlanta punks Upchuck, who just announced they’ve signed with Domino, will be on tour this fall after their appearance at Austin’s Levitation fest.

GUERILLA TOSS

NYC’s Guerilla Toss have announced a tour in support of their upcoming album which was produced by Stephen Malkmus.

JUST MUSTARD

Ireland’s Just Mustard are part of the lineup of Boston’s most-Irish Seisiún Festival in September and will play Brooklyn while in the US.

THE BARR BROTHERS

The Barr Brothers will be on tour this fall in support of their first album in eight years, with a stop at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on November 9. All dates are listed below.

NICK KROLL

Funnyman Nick Kroll will be on tour this summer, including a free outdoor show in NYC next week.

WILCO SKY BLUE SKY 2026

Wilco have announced dates for their 2026 destination vacation festival Sky Blue Sky.

CUT WORMS

In addition to supporting Father John Misty, Cut Worms has a few headline shows along the way.

Trivium are hitting the road this fall for a North American tour with Jinjer and they’re also bringing one of our favorite newer metal bands over from the UK, Heriot.
